奥地利——萨尔斯堡
萨尔斯堡位于奥地利西部，是奥地利萨尔斯堡州的首府。这是一座被阿尔卑斯连峰翠绿的丘陵所包围的古老城市，在重山之间，又星罗棋布着无数大小不一的湖泊，可谓山明水秀。据史料记载，萨尔斯堡是现今奥地利管辖地域内历史最悠久的城市。这里曾是大主教管辖区，后又成为了枢机主教的驻地。由于历史的发展，如今的萨尔斯堡被划分为新旧两个城区，老城区历史悠久，古色古香；新城区则建筑新颖，景象繁华。阿尔卑斯山的秀丽风光与丰富多采的建筑艺术浑然一体，早在欧洲文艺复兴时期，萨尔斯堡就已经是欧洲的音乐艺术中心。这里是音乐天才莫扎特的出生地，也是指挥家卡拉扬的故乡。1997年，萨尔斯堡老城区被联合国科教文组织正式列入世界文化遗产名录，使之成为奥地利重要的旅游中心。
situated in the western part of austria, salzburg is the capital of the federal state of salzburg. the old city was encircled by the green hills of the snow-capped alps. over the mountains, there is star-studded with different-sized lakes. according to the historical records, salzburg is the oldest town in the territory we now know as austria, and the independent city-state was ruled by a sequence of powerful prince-archbishops. but today’s salzburg is divided into two communities, namely the new and the old. the alps is proudly combined with the beautiful landscape and enriched colorful architectural arts. historically, salzburg, was the music and arts centre in europe during the renaissance period, and the birthplace of wolfgang amadeus mozart and herbert von karajan. the city was listed as a unesco world heritage site in 1997, and became the most important tourist centre in austria.
